Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Ireland (Domestic) Standard shipping — delivery within 2–5 business days.

United Kingdom Standard shipping — delivery within 3–7 business days.

Europe (EU) Standard shipping — delivery within 5–10 business days.

USA & Canada Standard shipping — delivery within 7–14 business days.

Australia & New Zealand Standard shipping — delivery within 10–16 business days.

Rest of World Standard shipping — delivery within 10–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow extra time for delivery.
